Administrative Assistant

We are now recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join the team in London and work alongside the Artist Managers and Operations Manager.

Such person will be assisting with all aspects of artist servicing, as well as office administration and company operations.

We are looking for someone with a passion for, and knowledge of classical music, polished organisation and communication skills, and the ability to multi task. Candidates need to be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team and languages are advantageous. A good level of written and spoken English is essential.

Experience: At least 6 months experience in an administrative role (can include non-paid positions).

Internships and Work Placements

We are always looking for talented individuals who would like to benefit from a work experience placement within our London office.

The successful applicant will assist with all aspects of marketing and artist servicing within the agency, supporting both the London and Paris office.
We are looking for someone who is well organised, attentive and reliable.  An interest in and knowledge of classical music is essential and good computer skills are also required. Foreign languages, particularly French, would be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in arts management or marketing and looking to gain experience working in agency environment.
 
Expenses will be offered.
The placement is 3 to 6 months, minimum 3 full days per week.
