Jean-Baptiste Doulcet performs at La Roque d’Anthéron International Piano Festival and Musiques en Vercors
pianist jean-baptiste doulcet will perform several concerts around europe this summer, exploring both solo and chamber music
Prizewinner at the Long-Thibaud International Competition in 2019, Jean-Baptiste Doulcet is widely regarded as one of the foremost French talents of his generation. Recognised not only for his abilities as a solo pianist, Doulcet also frequently works as a chamber musician, improvisor, and composer. This summer, the pianist will appear at two high-profile festivals, including the eminent La Roque d’Anthéron and Musiques en Vercors, where he will perform as a soloist. Later in August, Doulcet will play with three separate chamber groups at the 17th ‘Around the Quartet’ Festival; each programme features entirely different works, ranging from violin sonatas to clarinet trios.
